This is suggested for anyone wanting to start a new workout program to help track your progression and changes.

Program Design
This is a personalized fitness program that the trainer will design just for you based on your fitness goals.
It comes with one free workout session (so that you may be shown the exercises) but you may need more than one session if you haven't worked out on your own very often.

Individual workout sessions
Workout sessions with the trainer. Suggested for beginners or those who want to lose weight. The workout can be strength training, cardio or flexibility training, depending on what your fitness goals.

Group Sessions
Work out with a partner and get pay less! You must choose someone that has similar fitness goals.
